Terms and Conditions – 1111bed Official Rules and Player Agreement

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 1111bed platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 1111bed or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 1111bed or its affiliated companies.

1111bed reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1111bed. If duplicate accounts are detected, 1111bed reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 1111bed account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to place bets using your account.

• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• You must notify 1111bed support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 1111bed will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 1111bed that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account details — including your registered mobile number and payment method — remain current and accurate.

1111bed reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of the platform's systems or promotions. In such cases, 1111bed may withhold any balance pending investigation.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

1111bed supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 1111bed does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on your VIP Club tier. Higher-tier members benefit from increased withdrawal limits and faster processing times.

• Deposits are credited to your 1111bed account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified for your payment method and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
• 1111bed reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus received.
• 1111bed is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider after the withdrawal has been processed on the platform's side.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

1111bed offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP Club cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus terms that apply across all 1111bed promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Standard promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.

If you have an active bonus on your account, your real-money balance will be used first when placing bets, unless the bonus terms specify otherwise. Always review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 1111bed — including Fishing Expert, Fishing Disco, Midas Fortune, Ludo Quick, Judo, and all other titles — use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by previous results, account history, or deposit amounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111bed platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Placing bets with the intention of qualifying for a bonus without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse).
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

1111bed reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in breach of these rules. In cases of serious misconduct, the account will be suspended and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

1111bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at your own request), your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 1111bed support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

8 Limitation of Liability

1111bed provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1111bed makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• 1111bed is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• 1111bed is not liable for losses resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or regulatory changes.
• 1111bed's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 1111bed's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

By using the 1111bed platform, you acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. 1111bed is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming on the platform, provided that the platform has operated in accordance with these Terms.

10 Changes to These Terms

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Your real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
